  • Tolo Beach

The bay has a lovely sandy beach that gives excellent facilities for all seaside sports: safe swimming, surfing, diving, paragliding, pedaloes, skiing and more recently small water motorcycle

  • Kastraki Beach

The beach is determined by a rocky cape, jutting out into the sea that is today called Kastraki (or Ancient Asine). It is a small and usually quite pebbly beach close to Tolo (10 min walk). There is space to park your car free and one taverna. It is dominated from the site of Ancient Asine.

  • Plaka Beach

Just 3 km from Tolo and 1 km from Drepano lies the beach, Plaka, one of the nicest in the area. Along the coastal road you can find a few bars and tavernas. Not very deep waters and in about 20m. the waters are so deep, so you can even go fishing there. You can also park your small boat so jump into the sea, or go for a "walk".

  • Vivari Beach

The beach of Vivari, is a small beach along the village of Vivari. It is characterised by the fishing port and the tavernas with tables directly on the beach. It is about 10 minutes from Tolo.

  • Kondili Beach

The Kondili or Agios Nikolaos beach is between Vivari village and Candia. It is one of the largest beaches in the area, with a mixture of sand and pebbles. The sea is quite deep and steep, ideal for those who love crystal clear waters. It is well organised – umbrellas and sunchairs available to rent and there are 2 or 3 beach bars that serve snacks too. Free parking along the beach. At the left edge of the beach stands the chapel of St. Nikolaos.

  • Kandia Beach

The beach of Candia, is just after Vivari village and about 15 minutes by car from Tolo. It attracts many bathers especially lovers of swimming and particularly those who prefer a mixture of pebbly and sandy beaches. Along the coastal road are a few bars and taverns where you can taste traditional recipes and fresh fish.

  • Iria Beach

The beach of Iria, is just after the beach of Candia and about 20 minutes by car from Tolo. It attracts many bathers specially lovers of swimming and particularly those who prefer the pebbly beaches. Along the coastal road are many restaurants and tavernas where you can taste traditional recipes and fresh fish.
It is worth mentioning that at the Cape of Iria and at a depth of 28 meters, an ancient shipwreck was found – said to be from the late Mycenaean period, around 1200 BC.

  • Karathona Beach

A large sandy beach just 10 min from Nafplio and 20 minutes from Tolo. The sea is quite swallow, ideal for families and it is well organised. Umbrellas and sun chairs available for rent. There are 3 – 4 beach bars serving snacks too. Free parking along the beach – which can become very busy – especially at week-ends when the locals from the area come out to swim!.
